Talent Attraction Coordinator

As a pivotal part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment process by maintaining clear and effective communication with candidates. Your role will involve managing candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Additionally, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners, Onboarding team, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Your commitment to creating a positive and engaging journey for candidates will be essential in this role. You will be tasked with gathering and addressing candidate feedback to continuously enhance our recruitment process. Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information will be a core aspect of your responsibilities. Moreover, your input in process improvement initiatives will be highly valued as you recommend enhancements to streamline recruitment operations. To excel in this role, proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Previous experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively will be crucial. Proficiency in scheduling and managing business interviews is also essential for success in this position.
