About the Role: We are looking for experienced and dynamic Talent Advisors to join the Cummins recruitment team. We aim to hire game-changers who can bring a fresh perspective to plant and manufacturing recruitment . What Were Looking For: 7+ years of recruitment experience , specifically in plant/manufacturing industry hiring A deep understanding of plant-specific roles and operations Familiarity with innovative sourcing methods for niche and technical roles Ability to partner closely with business stakeholders and deliver quality talent with quick turnaround times Willingness to work on-site (Indore or Phaltan) on a full-time, 5-day work week basis Key Competencies: Stakeholder Management Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders Effective Communication Adapts messaging for different audiences and delivers with clarity Customer Focus Builds strong relationships and delivers customer-centric recruitment solutions Decision-Making Makes sound, timely decisions that drive results Interpersonal Savvy Engages comfortably with diverse teams and stakeholders Influencing Skills Uses persuasive communication to gain alignment and commitment Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define effective hiring strategies Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for current and future openings Evaluate candidate fit by reviewing backgrounds against role requirements Coordinate reference checks, background verifications, and assessment processes Communicate clearly with candidates regarding status, feedback, and job offers Extend offers and manage associated documentation Provide candidates with comprehensive information on role expectations, compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities Ensure recruitment processes align with internal policies and compliance standards Collaborate with external recruitment partners and represent Cummins at hiring events Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports to stakeholders If you're passionate about talent, understand the manufacturing ecosystem, and want to play a strategic role in shaping Cummins workforcethis opportunity is for you.
