Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in Non-IT recruitment, particularly across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Client Success roles. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Client Success, from sourcing and screening to offer closure and onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screening & Evaluation: Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and suitability for the role.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define role expectations, and align recruitment strategies with hiring needs.
• Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules, coordinate with candidates and interviewers, and ensure timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Offer Management: Handle compensation discussions, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups to drive offer acceptance.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on Non-IT recruitment experience, primarily hiring for Sales, Operations, Marketing, or Client Success roles.
• Strong experience in B2B, sales, and other business-function hiring, with a clear understanding of the relevant talent market.
• Proven ability to source, assess, and close candidates across different experience levels.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, along with other sourcing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize hiring requirements, and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
• A proactive, result-oriented approach with strong ownership of the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
