Job Description

Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidate fit and support fair, structured selection decisions.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help position Belsco Group as an attractive workplace and improve talent outreach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates professionally.
Experience in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms.
Ability to prioritize multiple roles, work to deadlines, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all hiring activities.
Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in staffing, outsourcing, or professional services environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
