Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.
Handle bulk and lateral hiring.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong sourcing, negotiation and coordination skills.
Experience in retail, manufacturing or consumer industries preferred.
Knowledge of ATS/HRMS tools such as Keka or Zoho is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
