Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, the ability to handle multiple requirements, and experience in hiring for sales and non-sales positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from department heads and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
• Drive bulk and volume hiring for sales and business development roles.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined hiring timelines.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, interview reports and MIS.
• Conduct pre-joining follow-ups to minimize candidate dropouts.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth joining and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on timely closures.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Real Estate, Financial Services, Ban

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
