Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in recruitment sourcing, hiring strategies and end-to-end recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing hiring requirements, identifying suitable talent, coordinating interviews and ensuring timely position closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct resume screening, initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, offer negotiations and joining formalities.
• Handle multiple hiring requirements while maintaining recruitment quality and turnaround time.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring MIS reports.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment sources, sourcing techniques and hiring strategies is mandatory.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and position closures.
• Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean searches and candidate database management.
• Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers and ATS/CRM systems.
• Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in corporate recruitment, recruitment consultancies or staffing firms.
• Strong sourcing network and demonstrated recruitment closures.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Comfortable working six days a week in a day shift.
