Experience : 2-4 years

location : mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates' communication skills and suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary packages and discuss joining dates with selected candidates.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
