Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across industries.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients for feedback.
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple mandates and meet recruitment targets.
