Roles and Responsibilities :

Source top talent for various roles within the organization through headhunting, campus hiring, bulk hiring, mass recruitment, non-IT recruitment, and volume hiring.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with job requirements.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates who meet company standards.
Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements :

1-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and techniques (e.g., technical screening).
Excellent communication skills for effective interviewing and negotiation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
