Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
