-Understand job requirements and hiring needs from internal hiring managers.
-Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.-Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. -Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate's skills, experience, communication, and interest. -Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. -Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.-Negotiate salary expectations and discuss joining availability, where applicable. -Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.-Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets.
Required:
