As an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Juniper Networks, you will play a critical role in building diverse and high-performing teams by employing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will have the opportunity to engage with both active and passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles, including areas such as Networking, Software, Data Science, Finance, and Manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial phone screens, assessing candidate technical capabilities and cultural fit, and providing valuable feedback to hiring managers. In this role, you will be tasked with developing and executing sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. You will engage with potential candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and fit for Juniper Networks, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruiters, you will gain insights into job requirements, team dynamics, and technical skills necessary for specific roles. Your role will also involve providing market insights and guidance on talent availability and compensation trends. You will track, measure, and report on sourcing activities and outcomes, optimizing sourcing strategies for success. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate, from application to offer stage, including conducting interviews, reference checks, and managing the offer process. To be successful in this role, you should possess an MBA degree or equivalent Master's degree and have 3-5 years of experience in technical sourcing, preferably within a tech-focused company or a recruiting agency specializing in technology talent. A proven track record of sourcing candidates in areas such as networking, software, cybersecurity, and cloud computing is essential. You should also have hands-on knowledge of passive sourcing techniques and excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues. Furthermore, your expertise in utilizing internal tools and applicant tracking systems will be crucial in managing and sourcing talent efficiently. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
