Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Connect with candidates and conduct initial screening calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reports.
Support the HR team in meeting hiring targets and timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
