Talent Acquisition Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define candidate requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on role requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and continuously develop a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool.
• Handle candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and offer closures.
• Drive offer-to-joining conversion through consistent candidate engagement.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and track Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Source of Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, and Hiring TAT.
• Support recruitment planning for new locations, hubs, and business expansion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills and a high sense of ownership.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
• Experience in a startup, high-growth organization, mobility, logistics, retail, or operations-driven environment is an advantage.
• Coordinate with HR and business teams to ensure a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
