About the Role
We’re looking for someone to join our Talent & People team, with Talent Acquisition as the primary responsibility.

This role goes beyond filling open positions. You’ll own end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles, build talent pipelines for current and future requirements, and develop a strong network of potential candidates.

You’ll also work with our Tech team to improve recruitment through AI, automation and better systems, while supporting onboarding, employee experience and other People & Culture initiatives.

What You’ll Do

1) Talent Acquisition

• Own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection and joining.
• Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines for recurring and future hiring requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and improve candidate evaluation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, talent databases and hiring MIS, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage candidate communication and support a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.

2) Talent Systems & Process Improvement

• Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities to simplify or automate recruitment processes.
• Explore AI tools, ATS, HRMS and other technologies to improve sourcing, screening and pipeline management.
• Work with the Tech team to build more efficient and scalable talent systems.

3) People & Culture

• Support onboarding, joining formalities and employee experience.
• Contribute to employee engagement, culture-building and the documentation and improvement of People processes.

Who We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR, including end-to-end hiring.
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Experience using an HRMS; ATS experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, MS tools, Slack and other workplace productivity tools.
• Highly organised, proactive and accountable, with strong follow-through across multiple priorities.
• Curious about AI, automation and technology, and interested in improving how recruitment works. Coding experience is not required.
• Start-up, high-volume hiring, BPO, outsourcing or recruitment consultancy experience is an advantage.
• Based in Mumbai and comfortable with the hybrid work model, with a personal laptop and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi.
