Check Out us: https://uphire.in/ Job Description:- What you’ll do We are hiring for BFSI Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter / HR Recruiter Candidate open to Sourcing / Hiring candidates for Sales Executives, Field Executives, Banking Sales, Tele-callers, Inside Bank Sales, and Inside Retail Store Sales. Immediate Joiners are preferred. Job Role: • Responsible for End-to-End recruitment. • Identifying candidates via Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Head Hunting, Market Mapping and through your own professional networks. • Sourcing and Screening candidates, conducting interviews to identify the best candidates to fit client needs. • Working directly with Client Account Managers and Business Development Head to understand the requirements, present qualified candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling. • Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage • Negotiate with candidates in order to identify a compensation level that is fair and competitive to both parties • Coordinating with backend team to onboarding and training of selected candidates Salary: As per company norms + Incentives based on performance + Fastrack Promotion + GPA ( Annual Bonus ) Day Shift: 10 Am to 7 Pm (Monday to Friday) 2ND & 4TH Saturday Off Public Holidays Off Industry type - Recruitment / Staffing Department - Human Resources Role - Non-IT Recruiter Role category - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Employment Type - Full Time, Permanent Education - Any Graduate Training will be provided.
