Function: Talent Acquisition
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Reporting To: TA Lead / TA Manager
Work Mode: Work from Office (Mandatory)
Working Days: 5–6 days per week

Job Purpose

To independently manage end-to-end recruitment requirements, with a strong focus on bulk hiring, timely fulfilment of vacancies, quality candidate selection, candidate engagement, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, and candidate joining.
• Understand job requirements, including skills, experience, qualifications, and hiring targets.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Handle bulk hiring and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously to meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, follow up with candidates, and support offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and the TA team to understand hiring priorities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers, monitoring interview conversions, offer-to-join ratios, and ageing of open positions.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and improve joining ratios.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with internal hiring processes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment trackers, Excel, and reporting.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate; HR specialization preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, with the ability to independently manage multiple recruitment requirements and bulk hiring mandates.

Work Requirements

• Work from office is mandatory at Electronic City, Bangalore.
• Must be comfortable working 5–6 days per week.
• Should be target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
