The company aims to build an efficient farm-to-consumer supply chain while ensuring fair returns for farmers and quality products for customers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable profiles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate joining.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and suitability for the role.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, coordinate feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Hiring for Multiple Functions: Recruit for corporate, retail/store operations, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and other operational roles as required.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Offer Management: Discuss salary expectations, coordinate offer approvals, release offers, and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Joining and Onboarding Coordination: Maintain regular communication with selected candidates to minimise offer dropouts and ensure timely joining.
• Recruitment MIS: Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers, interview schedules, hiring status, offer details, and joining reports.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
• Background Verification: Coordinate pre-employment background verification and documentation as per company policy.
• Hiring Targets: Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; HR or Management qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise urgent hiring requirements.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for recruitment reporting.
• Experience hiring for retail, FMCG, logistics, warehouse, or startup environments will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
