Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher & Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment — from understanding client requirements to offer closure.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Support in bulk hiring drives and recruitment campaigns when required.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in coordinating and managing interviews.
• Good understanding of recruitment life cycle (training will be provided to freshers).
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn (for experienced candidates).
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets.
• Result-oriented and willing to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Experienced candidates (1–5 years) in recruitment / staffing / consultancy are preferred.
