Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's hiring goals. The ideal candidate should possess an MBA (HR), strong recruitment acumen, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for recruitment analytics and reporting. The role requires building talent pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.
• Screen and evaluate resumes against job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain candidate databases, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards using Excel.
• Generate hiring reports, source effectiveness reports, and recruitment KPIs.
• Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources (HR).
• 0–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Data Analysis, Dashboards).
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and job portals.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
