Job Description: As a Workday Integration Specialist at our company, your main role will involve reproducing metadata sync issues in test environments using CRS, validating and refining token handling and JWT-based auth configurations, and addressing report schema variation handling within Talend components. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain Workday test/sandbox environments. - Reproduce and troubleshoot metadata sync issues from CRS. - Handle schema drift and null field issues in integrations. - Validate JWT/OAuth/SAML authentication configurations. - Create reusable templates, technical documentation, and RCA summaries. Qualifications: - 8+ years of Workday integration experience. - Hands-on expertise with Workday HCM/Finance, CRS, and APIs. - Strong skills in authentication and connector debugging. - Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday customers.
