Personal attacks, public humiliation, mental torture. Never heard or a more toxic organization. I'm surprised how the ex employees are not leaving reviews on Glassdoor or ambition box so atleast new comers will understand the kind of culture that is followed there.

Talchemist is a good company for both fresher's and experienced person to find a job. work environment is good and management is also supportive you can come through walk-in for an interview .I joined recently thanks wish you all the best guys

Worst fellows donno how to treat employees who join newly bad working culture and dabba environment they told they would provide training but they dint and made me write resignation letter forcebly NVR go for this one

Such a worst company ...Even they won't provide proper training.And the timings are not real they ask employees to work morning 9 am to 8 pm without proper lunch break ,we have to eat lunch only with the team.
