Job Summary: The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items to guests while providing exceptional customer service. The Barista maintains cleanliness and order of the workstation, follows hygiene standards, and ensures a pleasant and efficient service environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee drinks and other beverages (hot and cold) according to standard recipes (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.). Operate coffee-making equipment (espresso machine, grinders, brewers) safely and efficiently. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the barista station and caf area. Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure an engaging and personalized experience. Ensure product freshness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with company policies. Female candidates preferred
