The selected candidate will be hired through an approved employment agency on a fixed term contract. The Workface Planner Mechanical will prepare Installation Work Packages (IWPs) and Material Take-offs (MTOs) for mechanical discipline. Responsible to support office construction activities, including constructability reviews, ensuring safety in design, and providing input to engineering and procurement teams to improve Total Installed Cost (TIC) on projects. Major Responsibilities The Mechanical Workface Planner is responsible for developing Installation work packages (IWPs) for Mechanical installations in addition to being accountable for developing the detailed IWP release plan (90-Day schedule) with the Responsible superintendent, Responsible Field Engineer. The Mechanical Workface Planner will review general installation priorities and check to assure the work accomplished meets the project requirements.
