Roles & Responsibilities: Operational Oversight & Monitoring: Monitor daily takeoff traffic, ensuring ETAs are consistently met. Promptly identify and escalate product breakdowns and secure prioritized resolutions to minimize Estimating team downtime. Team Capacity & Resource Planning: Proactively prepare Estimating team hiring plans based on forecasted workload and collaborate with the team leaders to execute recruitment initiatives. Requirements & Qualification: Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading and optimizing processes. Roles Offering: Assistant Senior Estimator & Reviewer Trainee/Jr. Estimator Roles Description Assistant Senior Estimator & Reviewer This is a full-time role for an Assistant Senior Estimator & Reviewer at Araco Engineering India Pvt Ltd in Thane. The role involves analyzing the blueprints using Bluebeam Revu software and performing on-screen quantity takeoff for the scope of work as per company standards. The Assistant Senior Estimator & Reviewer will support the senior team in managing estimation tasks, guiding junior team members, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time for U.S.-based construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret construction drawings Perform quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu and estimation tools Review junior estimators’ work and provide feedback for improvement Maintain estimation accuracy and ensure deliverables align with the project scope Collaborate with the team for smooth project execution and delivery Assist in project documentation and technical discussions as required Qualifications Experience in rebar and concrete estimation, with sound structural knowledge. Familiarity with U.S. construction drawings and estimation practices Strong attention to detail and ability to review work thoroughly Proficiency in estimation software and tools (ProEst, BlueBeam) Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing project data Good communication skills and team coordination abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2–4 years of relevant experience in estimation or quantity surveying Trainee Estimator This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee / Junior Estimator at Araco Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., located in Thane. The role involves learning to read and interpret structural drawings, supporting quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu, and assisting the estimation team in preparing accurate estimates for U.S.-based concrete and civil projects. The Jr. / Trainee Estimator will work under the guidance of senior estimators and reviewers while developing core technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in analyzing construction drawings Perform basic on-screen quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu Learn estimation tools, standards, and processes followed by the company Support in documentation and estimation reporting tasks Collaborate with the team for smooth project execution and deliveryCollaborate with team members and respond to feedback for continuous improvement Assist in project documentation and technical discussions as required Qualifications Basic understanding of civil/structural drawings and estimation concepts.
