You will be joining an esteemed Travel Company in Indore, where you will play a crucial role in scaling up their business by joining their team as a Travel Executive. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time on-site role. As a Travel Executive, your responsibilities will include managing travel arrangements, offering travel consulting services, maintaining client communication, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing various travel management tasks. It is essential to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handling travel arrangements and providing travel consulting services - Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining effective communication - Managing travel management tasks and ensuring client satisfaction - Designing customized holiday packages for both domestic and international destinations - Addressing client queries professionally and promptly - Creating itineraries, travel plans, and quotations - Managing bookings for flights, hotels, visas, activities, etc. - Offering tailor-made solutions based on client needs - Staying updated on industry trends and regulations To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a travel desk or travel agency, a strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and familiarity with GDS/booking platforms (preferred).
