Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations of the in-house workshop to ensure timely and high-quality production. Collaborate with artisans, pattern makers, and tailors to bring design collections to life as per brand timelines. Research and identify potential multi-designer stores across key cities and regions. Establish and nurture relationships with store owners, buyers, and merchandisers to showcase and place our collections. Present seasonal collections, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate in-store product placements. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide collection development and placement strategy. Maintain detailed reports on production timelines, workshop efficiency, and merchandising outreach performance. Requirements Experience: 3-5 years in workshop management, merchandising, or fashion production, preferably in Indian ethnic wear. Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of ethnic garment production, textile knowledge, and finishing standards. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across India for store visits and merchandising activities. Personal Attributes: Passion for Indian textiles, craftsmanship, and fashion retail.
