You are hiring a US Bench Sales Recruiter (Marketer) to work at IT Park (MPSEDC Building) in Bhopal during night shifts (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST). Your key responsibilities will include promoting and marketing bench consultants, tailoring resumes to client needs, coordinating with clients and vendors, researching and generating job leads, supporting communication and follow-ups, receiving hands-on training, assisting in networking activities, and gaining exposure to the full life cycle of Recruitment/Staffing. You will also be marketing Bench Consultants with tier one Vendors, System Integrators, Clients, and Job Boards, as well as working on C2C and W2 positions. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Bachelors degree in any field, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working night shifts.
