Roles and Responsibilities Understand and document customer preferences to provide recommendations on styling and customizations to help customers express their personal style. Ownership of store KPIs such as sales targets, alteration and remakes, social media feedback reviews from customers. Create and update the system with orders, customer details and communicating with the production team on order fulfilment. Work with Masters, Tailor Masters to take customer measurements. Team resource management and planning. Report on buying trends, customer needs and suggest best practices. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
