To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B sales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key, enabling you to build rapport quickly with potential clients. Being goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is essential. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools, as well as knowledge of sales processes and the ability to adapt to evolving strategies, will be advantageous. You should be capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
