Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Stitch, alter, and repair staff uniforms as per department requirements
Take accurate measurements of employees for uniform fitting
Maintain uniform quality, neatness, and standard appearance
Repair damaged uniforms (hemming, button replacement, zipper fixing, etc.)
Coordinate with Housekeeping / HR for uniform issue and replacement
Maintain tailoring tools, machines, and work area
Keep basic records of uniform alterations and issues
Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel grooming standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tailor, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry
Knowledge of stitching, alteration, and fabric handling
Ability to operate sewing machines and hand-stitching tools
Attention to detail and quality finishing
Ability to work independently and meet timelines
Physically fit for standing and repetitive work
