Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff. Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional manner. Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues. Clear tables, replace utensils, and reset for the next guests. Process bills, handle payments (cash, card, or digital), and return change accurately. Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service operations. Uphold restaurant standards of hospitality and service. --- Skills & Qualifications Prior experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not always required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude.
