Job Title: Accounts and Finance Manager Location: Patel Nagar, New Delhi Department: Finance and Accounts Reports To: CFO Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Finance professional to manage and oversee daily accounting and financial activities. The role includes ensuring compliance with accounting standards, maintaining financial records, preparing budgets and reports, and supporting overall financial planning and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Manage payroll and employee reimbursements. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax consultants. Implement internal controls and process improvements. Support management in strategic financial decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / MBA / M.Com is a plus). 10–15 years of relevant experience (adjust based on level) . Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally and Busy). Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
