Perform code review Define and write implementation specification, derive algorithms and develop code from design documents. Create and execute unit test plan Debug and solve technical issues Follow development plan/schedule & adhere to quality processes Peer code review and troubleshooting Mentoring the team if required. Technical support to client. Performance Tuning experience Excellent in design patterns Required Experience Excellent knowledge in Core Java, J2EE EJB 3, Hibernate, JPA Spring, XMLBeans Web Services, XML JavaScripts, Ajax, Jsp, Servlet, Tag Library, XSLT SQL MQ, JMS WebSphere, Weblogic Good to have: Micro services, Java 8 development , Spring Boot Good Analytical and Logical skills. Awareness of software engineering processes in design, code, testing etc. Ability to work under less supervision Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
