Assist CDP & sous Chef in daily food preparation & cooking Prepare ingredients, sauce, garnishes and other components as instructed Ensure all dishes are prepared in line with restaurant recipes and presentation standards Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen at all times Follow proper food storage, rotation, and labeling procedures Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations & HACCP standards Contribute new ideas and bring creativity to menu items when required Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
