Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and managing comprehensive bill of materials for all products, overseeing the production process to maintain quality standards and timelines, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. Collaboration with the quality control and R&D teams will be essential to ensure product specifications and regulatory requirements are met. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical and possess proven experience in the production of nutraceutical and Aayush products, with a focus on tablets, capsules, and liquid forms. A strong understanding of formulation chemistry, bill of materials management, and regulatory requirements related to nutraceuticals and Aayush products is crucial. Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and organizational abilities are also key qualities required for this position.
