Tableau UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Tableau UI/UX Designer to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in data storytelling, user-centered design, and building intuitive dashboards that enhance business decision-making.

Job Location: Bangalore (No Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric Tableau dashboards based on business needs and workflows
• Apply UX principles to enhance layout, navigation, and interactivity
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to define dashboard functionality
• Standardize themes, templates, and UI components across dashboards
• Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate based on feedback
• Promote best practices in data visualization, accessibility, and performance
• Create documentation and style guides for consistent BI design
• Train and support end-users for effective dashboard usage

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Data Visualization, HCI, or related field
• 4+ years of total work experience in related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing dashboards in Tableau
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design and dashboard usability
• Portfolio showcasing data-driven visual design work
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with structured datasets and data modeling concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of SQL or other querying languages
• Experience with Tableau Server/Cloud features
• Prior experience building dashboards for executive-level reporting

Work Hours: IST time zone with 1–2 hours overlap with PST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
