Requirement Gathering: Engage with insurance stakeholders (business, operations, IT) to collect, analyze, and validate business and data requirements. Working knowledge of data modeling concepts – understanding of entities, relationships, and normalization. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and tools like JIRA, Confluence. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills. Functional knowledge of insurance processes and terminology. Educational Qualifications Master’s in Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our HRIS and Payroll teams. This role will focus on payroll auditing, data integrity, and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR data analysis, payroll systems, and SuccessFactors reporting tools. Key Responsibilities Payroll Auditing & Compliance Perform regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Identify discrepancies and collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to resolve issues. Develop and maintain audit reports and dashboards to monitor payroll trends and anomalies. SuccessFactors Reporting Design, build, and maintain reports using SuccessFactors tools (e.g., Report Center, Canvas Reports, Ad Hoc Reports). Support HR and business leaders with custom reporting needs and data insights. Ensure data consistency across modules, especially Employee Central and Payroll. Employee Central Data Management Monitor and maintain data integrity within Employee Central. Collaborate with HRIS and HR teams to support data governance and process improvements. Assist in configuration and testing of Employee Central updates and enhancements. Analytics & Insights Translate business requirements into actionable data models and visualizations. Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and patterns. Support HR metrics and KPIs reporting for leadership and compliance purposes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis, payroll auditing, or HRIS reporting.
