The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tableau dashboard design, data visualization, and performance reporting to help business leaders make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for business and operations teams. Translate raw data into meaningful insights to improve process efficiency, sales, and customer experience. Work closely with operations, training, and management teams to understand reporting requirements. Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis from multiple sources (CRM, Dialer, MIS, etc.). Ensure data accuracy, dashboard performance optimization, and timely delivery of reports. Automate recurring reports and ensure standardization across business units. Provide ad-hoc analysis support for business decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field. 13 years of experience as a Tableau Analyst / BI Analyst (preferably in a BPO/KPO setup). Strong expertise in Tableau dashboard creation, reporting, and visualization. Good knowledge of SQL and data handling. Understanding of BPO processes, KPIs, and operational metrics is a plus.
