As an ERP Functional Consultant based in New Delhi, Mumbai, or Hyderabad, you will be responsible for providing expertise in SAP solutions such as ABAP, BASIS, MM, SD, HRMS, FI, & PP. You should hold a degree in B.Sc. / BCA/ Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech/ MCA/ MBA/ or any other relevant field. Post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include demonstrating proficiency in SAP Basis, particularly in SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, Power BI, Tableau, and database management. You should have a minimum of 4 SAP implementations and 2 support experiences, with at least one experience in a lead role. In addition, you must possess a strong understanding of organizational structure configuration and master data setup, along with experience in S4 Hana implementation. You should have hands-on experience in at least one complete cycle of SAP Implementation, demonstrating the ability to develop strategies and procedures for efficient ERP rollout projects. As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will be managing projects of various sizes and scopes, from planning to execution. Your role will involve developing clear and detailed plans, managing scope, risks, and budgets, and ensuring project delivery according to the established timeline. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering oral and written technical reports and project presentations, designing test plans, executing test scenarios, validating test data, and documenting test results. Experience in managing projects across multiple locations is required, and global experience is desired. To excel in this role, you should possess strong project management and people coordination skills, along with excellent communication abilities. With 2-10 years of experience in SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, SAP B1, ERP ABAP, BASIS, MM, SD, HR, FI, & PP Solutions, you will be a valuable asset to our team.
