As an HVAC Project Engineer in the MEP / HVAC Division, your role will involve overseeing HVAC projects in Kerala & Hyderabad. You will report to the Senior Project Manager / MEP Head. To qualify for this position, you must hold a B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC projects. Your mandatory experience should include participation in at least 2 chiller system commissioning projects, whether Air-Cooled or Water-Cooled. Previous experience in HVAC system installation and commissioning in hospital/healthcare projects would be advantageous. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects such as project oversight and client representation, technical review and design coordination, execution monitoring and quality assurance, planning, scheduling and progress monitoring, documentation and approvals, coordination and communication, as well as testing, commissioning, and handover support. You will act as the technical representative for clients in all HVAC-related matters, review contractors" submissions, ensure alignment with project design intent, and monitor HVAC works to guarantee compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing documentation, leading technical coordination meetings, and overseeing HVAC testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
