Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and cultivate new client relationships to expand our client base. Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates. Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Client Management: Liaise with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress. Offer consultative advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies. Process Management: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding arrangements. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role. Strong business development and client relationship management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
