We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in IT recruitment . This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level technology positions, building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to strategically fulfill talent needs. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding for IT roles (Developers, DevOps, QA, .Net, Angular, Database Developers, Customer Support, Inside sales etc.). Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies. Sourcing & Screening: Use various sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media to identify and engage top tech talent. Technical Assessment Coordination: Work with tech teams to coordinate coding tests, technical interviews, and evaluation processes. Recruitment Tools: Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools to track candidates and streamline the recruitment workflow. Employer Branding: Promote the companys culture and values during interactions with candidates to enhance employer branding. Market Mapping: Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to proactively build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Metrics & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly dashboards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency). Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and current market trends in IT. Proficiency in using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience hiring for tech roles (AI/ML, .Net Developer, Angular Developer, Software QA with ERP Testing exposure).
