As a Merchandising Manager at Aesthetic Living Merchants Pvt. Ltd. (ALMPL), a leading export house specializing in hardgoods, furniture, and home decor, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations across sampling, production, and dispatch. Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of production merchants across hardgoods and furniture categories, owning Time & Action calendars to ensure execution from order receipt to dispatch, coordinating with sampling, QA, logistics, and factories for seamless execution, serving as the primary point of contact for international buyers, driving process improvements, updating trackers, and presenting performance reviews to leadership. The ideal candidate for this role will have 8-10 years of export merchandising experience, preferably in furniture/hardgoods, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial/team lead role. You should have a strong grip on ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision, Business Central, or similar, excellent communication skills for buyer coordination and cross-functional teamwork, hands-on understanding of production, QA, and factory processes, high ownership mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setup.
