TA Analytics Leader & Talent@Scale Program Charter Lead

As a seasoned TA Analytics Leader & "Talent@Scale" Program Charter Lead at Wipro Limited, your role involves interfacing with senior leadership, delivery leaders, and functional leaders to provide action-oriented insights related to Talent Acquisition and Talent Supply Chain. You will design and implement programs, create assets, and provide deep analysis using AI & ML techniques to support the TA Global Head and extended TA leadership team. Additionally, you will mentor and lead a team of associates with Technology, Functional, and Interpersonal skills and stay updated with industry trends in Talent Supply Chain & Talent Acquisition, constantly upgrading your knowledge. Your responsibilities in TA Analytics include: - Visualizing, developing, and maintaining data models for analyzing trends and patterns in Talent Acquisition and Talent Supply Chain data. - Designing and implementing metrics, visualizations, and reports to provide key insights to stakeholders. - Automating Talent Acquisition metrics and reports to create a self-service reporting culture. - Collaborating with stakeholders to identify relevant analytics projects and AI initiatives. - Ensuring data quality, security, and accuracy in Talent Acquisition reports. In the Talent@Scale Program, you will: - Prepare the fortnightly reporting pack and engage key stakeholders to review outcomes. - Enhance the report focus and coverage to align with leadership stakeholders and market trends. - Take ownership of Talent Acquisition data shared in the reporting pack and implement feedback received during cadence calls. - Maintain the momentum of the program and ensure meaningful interactions during meetings. Qualifications required for this role: - 20+ years of experience in HR, Talent Supply Chain, and Talent Acquisition. - Proficiency in Data Analysis, AI ML, MS Power platforms, SuccessFactors, and MS Excel / PPT. - Strong soft skills such as Effective Communication, Managing Priorities, Analytical Thinking, and Teamwork.
