The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, customization, and integration with enterprise systems. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of PLM concepts such as BOM management, change management, Classification, Stylesheet, Query Builder, PLMXML, and access control. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to agile methodologies. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing custom solutions in Teamcenter to address business requirements effectively. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Customization Specialist to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring alignment with business processes and performance requirements. This role requires strong expertise in server-side and client-side customization along with integrations into other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Custom Solution Development Design, develop, and deploy custom modules, extensions, and tools in Teamcenter to meet specific business requirements. Develop and customize workflows, handlers, triggers, and actions using Workflow Designer. BMIDE & Data Model Customization Configure BMIDE for creating and managing business objects, attributes, templates, and rules. Maintain and enhance BMIDE configurations, ensuring smooth deployment across environments. Server-Side & Client-Side Customization Implement custom functionalities using ITK (Integration Toolkit), RAC (Rich Application Client), and Java/Eclipse. Work with SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) to develop and maintain web services and integrations. Integrations & APIs Integrate Teamcenter with ERP, MES, CAD tools, and third-party systems using T4x, TCXML, or other middleware. Develop APIs for custom data exchange and automation. Performance Optimization & Maintenance Conduct performance tuning of Teamcenter customizations and configurations. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve customization issues across different environments. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Teamcenter ITK, RAC, BMIDE, SOA, TCXML. Hands-on experience in Java, Eclipse IDE, PLMXML, Query Builder, and Access Control customization. Experience with CAD tool integrations (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA) and database systems (Oracle, SQL Server). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in IT or a related field. 5+ years of direct experience in Teamcenter customization and integration projects. Prior experience in end-to-end Teamcenter implementation is preferred.
