Respond to the customer’s on the same day. When the customer encounters a problem, needs to help the customer get a solution in the fastest time Sales/Service/Enquiry data statistics, analysis. Preparing & updating Technical Manuals & Sales Support Documents , processes, Meet KPI Reporting to the management Qualifications Sales Engineering and Sales skills Technical Support and Customer Service skills Strong communication skills in English & Hindi Experience in sales or customer service roles Ability to understand technical product details and explain them to customers Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
