Job Title: Billing ExecutiveJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive with experience in Tally & Busy Software. The candidate should also have basic product knowledge of the Electricals Industry to ensure accurate billing and smooth financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and generate sales invoices using Tally & Busy Software. Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and customer accounts. Verify billing details with purchase orders and delivery challans. Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for smooth operations. Handle GST entries, taxation, and related compliance. Manage customer queries regarding bills and payments. Maintain systematic filing of invoices and related documents. Requirements:Proven work experience as a Billing Executive / Accountant. Hands-on experience in Tally & Busy Software. Basic knowledge of electrical products and industry terminology. Good knowledge of GST, billing procedures, and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and numerical ability. Qualification: minimum Graduate
