Objectives of this role Represent the companys products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field Responsibilities Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle basic queries Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that targets are being met and company standards are being upheld. Facilitate commercial quotations and answer all queries as received from companies. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of sales experience within the Injection Moulding Industry Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent/ fresher can also apply Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Proficiency with sales management software and CRM Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent Proven success rate at levels above sales target Ability to travel at least 40% of the time to customer events Relevant Candidate can direct call on 9892-471-559.
Key Responsibilties Develop, implement and maintain quality process across Prepress, Printing and Post press operations. Conducts inspections of Raw material, in process production and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. Establish and maintain SOPs for all quality check points. Monitor and control printing parameters (Color consistency, registration, lamination etc) Identify defects, analyze root cause and implement corrective and preventive measures. Ensure customer complaints are investigated and resolve effectively within timelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards, certification and customer specific requirements. Prepare daily/ weekly quality reports and present findings to management. Manage quality audits both internal and external. Training and Development. Skill and Competencies Experience of Flexo Printing Processes (IML, Shrink Sleeves, adhesives etc) will be additional benefit. Indepth understanding of Raw Material such as Bopp films, Ink, Adhesives etc. Familiar with ISO, BRC, Sedex or other relevant quality standards.
